InnovaLiège, BelgiumPosition Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Liège. This role involves the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization, ensuring smooth transitions and providing top-notch support to our users. What you will be doingWindows 11 Rollout : Lead the deployment of Windows 11, including planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshootingUser Support : Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to Hardware, software, and network connectivityIncident Management : Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfactionDocumentation : Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changesTraining : Conduct training sessions for users to familiarize them with Windows 11 features and best practicesCollaboration : Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across all systems What you will haveEducation : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or IT support roleTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11. Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniquesLanguage Skills : Fluency in French and English is mandatorySoft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
