Job Description

ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced PHP Developer with relevant Tech Lead experience for one of its clients in the IT-solutions service domain.

Context

Analyzing and documenting technical requirements necessary for the implementation of a project or a feature.

Defining and documenting the project architecture in a clear and detailed manner in collaboration with the IT teams.

Supporting the IT Manager / Product Owner in making technical and architectural decisions based on tangible arguments aimed at guaranteeing code quality and continuity.

Guiding and supporting the team of developers with good development practices, coaching and training.

Ensuring compliance with the standards and processes defined within the framework of the technical master plan.

Developing test procedures to evaluate performance, safety, compatibility and reliability.

Ensuring the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure and support the INFRA - Windows & Linux - and its services (RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Docker...).

Role & Responsibilities

Carrying out code reviews on a regular basis

Daily follow-up of the technical implementation by the team

Leading technical alignments with IT teams

Identifying dependencies and gaps in terms of IT architecture

Participating in backlog and new project estimation exercises as part of a Business Case

Ensuring the good performance of the systems and supporting the resolution of technical problems

Recommending implementation actions related to security and system improvement within the team (Jira / Confluence)

Monitoring technological developments

Qualifications

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent by experience

Able to communicate clearly and concisely by adapting to your target audience (developers, internal customers or management)

Team spirit and ability to interact with other teams

Experience in developer coaching

Agile mindset

Pro-active, dynamic and enthusiastic about change

Good communication skills in English & French

Technical skills

5 years’ experience in a similar position - Senior PHP developer with relevant experience as a Tech Lead

ElasticSearch, Logstash, HA proxy, RabbitMQ, Apache, MariaDB, MySQL, docker, Kubernetes, Sentry, Grafana, PHP Symfony, Design pattern event sourcing, OpenAPI
