Being a Sales at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate sales experts. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems! ⭐️ Your mission ⭐️We are looking for Sales Associate for the Enterprise segment to help us sign more customers and help Alan become the number 1 health partner in Europe 🚀You will work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive in generating new business by qualifying and mapping our biggest accounts in Belgium, starting conversations with different stakeholders and generating quality meetings with C-levels.We are already taking care of Beobank, AS Adventure, Delaware, Vandemoortele, Airbnb, Showpad, Pluxee, Easi, Cowboy, IKEA and +800 other exciting customers. Many more are in pipe! Being a Sales Associate is really the fast-track to learning the ins and outs of entreprise sales . Working on the biggest accounts of the country and in duo with our enterprise Account Executives is a real opportunity to learn from the best. You will be responsible for : - Generating Leads to achieve our company objectives :  putting a strong focus on mapping the companies, to make sure we have the right approach. You will work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive in this. -  Developing  outbound sales leads  and responding to product inquiries, running email and call campaigns to generate new sales prospects.- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM. - Performing the first discovery meetings  before inviting the Account Executive to join the next ones. - Representing our company’s products : starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs. -   Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method :  this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. ️ ⭐️ JOIN THE SALES TEAM! ⭐️  You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you : - Have 2+ years experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing role (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) and you’re passionate about sales.- Have strong written & verbal communication skills (English & French)- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills- If you have structured a prospection approach in a previous experience it would be a great plus- Like warm / cold calling- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems- Have the ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth- Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team- Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1Everything else is a plus.
