Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will own the entire sales cycle for enterprise clients, from lead generation to closing deals and ongoing account management. You will also lead a small team of Account Executives and be accountable for achieving key sales performance indicators (KPIs). This includes :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Identifying and qualifying potential enterprise clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
Understanding client needs and pain points, and tailoring our client solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
Creating and negotiating proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding the use of our clientsolutions within their organizations.
Define, monitor, and report on key sales KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, and revenue targets. Identify trends and implement strategies to improve team performance against these metrics.
Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Working closely with operations, customer success, R&D, marketing and sales teams to ensure client success, contribute to product development, and align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Setting clear team goals and motivating team members to reach individual and team goals. This also includes taking ownership of key sales KPIs and driving the team to achieve and exceed these targets.
