P&O FerrymastersBruges, Flemish Region, BelgiumAs a Customer Service Representative , you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base.
The main purpose of your role is being responsible for accepting and handling all valuable transport orders. This includes managing all necessary agreements and daily communication with both customers as the internal organisation.
The goal is to ensure successful transport execution, and fulfil our clients’ service requirements.
Customer Service Representative
Location : Zeebrugge, Belgium
Hours per week : 38
Key responsibilities
- The complete process of order acceptance, combined with administrative activities
- Act as an intermediary to our customers
- Ensure that all customer agreements are defined and applied
- Proactively solving problems that could lead to customer dissatisfaction
- Ensure that transport planners are aware of the orders taken
- Collaborate with the operational and sales teams
