We are exclusively seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Officer for Buckman, who will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration for approximately 150 employees spread across EMENA Region. Their production site, along with the headquarters, is located in Ghent. As an HR Payroll and Benefits Officer, you will be accountable for end-to-end payroll and benefits administration. You will collaborate closely with your HR colleagues and report directly to the HR Manager. You will maintain close contact with Management and other associates and be actively involved with the business. You will join an organization with established structures, handbooks, and documented processes. While you will have a solid foundation to start with, you will be also expected to look for continues improvements, process simplification ...
