Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Manager to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of our applications, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment with ITIL processes. This role requires strong expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to manage incidents, problems, and changes effectively while maintaining close communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete SDLC , from requirement gathering and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure all applications comply with defined SLAs , delivering high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage ITIL processes , including :
- Incident Management : Addressing and resolving application-related issues promptly.
- Problem Management : Identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Change Management : Ensuring controlled and effective implementation of changes in the application environment.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks to proactively mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure, and business units, to ensure seamless application operation.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including operational procedures, application configurations, and change logs.
- Lead application-related audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
