As an Inside Sales Representative , you will play a vital role in driving the growth of the business by identifying and nurturing potential customer relationships. You’ll work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, offer personalized solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process. Staying updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities will be key to your success. You’ll manage customer inquiries, build trust, and actively seek new sales opportunities, all while contributing to the company’s long-term business development and success.
Qualifications
As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll take on an essential supporting role in the sales team. You’ll manage online staffing requests, provide administrative and client-facing support to our senior account managers, and participate in the occasional sales campaign. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Portal Business Management :
Follow up on online staffing requests from client portals.
Assisting senior account managers with client follow-ups and staffing requests for large, strategic accounts.
Acting as the main point of contact for a large group of unmanaged accounts.
Communicating with staffing managers and procurement professionals via phone and Communicating to understand their needs and provide solutions.
