JOB SUMMARY :

You will share responsibility for maintaining the Sotera Health network infrastructure. This includes contributing to the strategic direction of the network and supporting existing systems such as switches, routers, wireless networks, firewalls, SD-WAN devices, and voice technologies.

Essential job functions :

• Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure to support current operations and future growth.
• Develop and maintain network roadmaps aligned with business objectives and evolving infrastructure requirements.
• Lead or participate in network-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Configure, administer, and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Execute upgrades, patches, and changes to network infrastructure in coordination with IT change management processes.
• Maintain accurate and secure documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions and support business initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware / software procurement, roadmap discussions, and support escalations.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentor network team members, promoting knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (., GMP, GLP, ISO) and internal security policies.
• Act as an escalation point for complex network issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution support to other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT infrastructure and business operations.
