They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through delivery, working closely with internal teams and global clients.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of complex, technically demanding projects—coordinating engineering resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and customers. Typical responsibilities include :
- Planning and managing all project phases to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
- Coordinating material, labour, and technical resources across departments.
- Identifying and mitigating technical and commercial risks in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Leading and motivating project teams (typically 10–15 people), maintaining focus on delivery objectives.
- Reporting progress clearly to management and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Supporting presales activities with cost and schedule estimations.
- Occasionally representing the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
