Key Responsabilities
- Strategic Development : Formulate, own, and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market position, including the Global Marketing Plan.
- Drive Content Creation : Spearhead the development of content for various channels – blog, social media, newsletters, press releases, etc.
- Market Research : Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Campaign Management : Design and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and webinars, ensuring high ROI.
- Digital Marketing : Manage online presence, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, R&D, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and to capitalize on cross-promotional opportunities.
- Business and Budget Management : Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI, and oversee Project & Process Management responsibilities related to Marketing.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketeer who wants to take a 1st Marketing Manager responsibility with ambition to grow together with the company. The role is typically 80% delivery focused and 20% strategy focused.
