Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems) with several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to analyze, question, and optimize business processes with accuracy in documentation.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Business Process Expertise : Proficiency in Business Process Modeling, Process Reengineering, and BPM tools, with knowledge of SharePoint for process mapping and document workflows.
Data & Technology Skills : Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI for process visualization; familiarity with agile frameworks and software testing is a plus.
Additional Technical Knowledge (Nice to Have) : Understanding of SAP S / 4HANA, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project), and basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or C#).
