Junior Electrical Project Leader [F / M / X]

Your missions

Define, study, and design technical projects, from planning to administrative closure

Prepare preliminary technical designs, budgets and project planning based on required and available resources

Take ownership of project planning, budget tracking and progress reporting to team leaders

Contribute to procurement documentation and participate in supplier selection processes

Lead and coordinate on-site execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout the execution phase

Work autonomously while providing regular updates to the project manager

Deliver continuous improvement suggestions throughout the project lifecycle

Your profile

Background in civil or industrial engineering (electrical or electromechanical)

Experience in project management (recent graduates are also considered)

Knowledge of high-voltage systems

Strong sense of responsibility and organizational capabilities

Fluent communicator, customer-oriented, team player and proactive mindset

Fluent in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the second national language

Basic knowledge of English and willingness to develop it further

You have an ability to work independently while managing several priorities simultaneously
