F&B Outlets Manager

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for a F&B Outlets Manager to join the team of our client, a boutique hotel in the center of Antwerp.

This is a unique opportunity to work in the majestic setting of a characterful hotel and to offer our guests an exceptional luxury experience.

As F&B Outlets Manager , you are responsible for the daily operations of our bistro restaurant. You ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering flawless service, fostering a motivating work environment, and maintaining optimal collaboration with the kitchen and other departments. You are present on the floor, take initiative, and lead the team with passion, attention to detail, and a strong guest-oriented approach.

• Leading the F&B team and coaching them on service, efficiency, and hospitality
• Overseeing the smooth daily operation of the restaurant
• Enhancing the guest experience and optimizing operational processes
• Managing inventory, staff schedules, and administrative tasks
• Actively contributing to menu development and service improvement
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Hotel Manager to exceed our quality standards
