Develop and execute communication programs aligned with strategic objectives
Create and coordinate content for various publications, including leaflets and brochures
Draft and edit customer communications such as emails and letters
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and standards
Monitor SEO performance and implement action plans for improvement
Manage social media channels, primarily Facebook, and build an editorial calendar
Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and B2B clients for content management
Coordinate translations of marketing document
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Languages, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in communication, preferably customer-focused
Proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken), with good knowledge of French and English
Proven experience in copywriting and content management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their strategic use
Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories
Team player who can also work independently
