Your responsibilities
Reception :
- Welcoming visitors physically and by telephone
- Handling calls, mail and deliveries
- Helping to organise meetings (preparing rooms, coffee, equipment, etc.)
Logistics & technical support :
Stock control (office supplies, equipment)Small basic interventions : e.g. leaky tap, chair to be tightenedCoordination with suppliers or the technical department if necessaryTeam support : solving practical problems, following up internal requestsProfile
