Description :

Your responsibilities

Reception :

  • Welcoming visitors physically and by telephone
  • Handling calls, mail and deliveries
  • Helping to organise meetings (preparing rooms, coffee, equipment, etc.)

Logistics & technical support :

  • Stock control (office supplies, equipment)
  • Small basic interventions : e.g. leaky tap, chair to be tightened
  • Coordination with suppliers or the technical department if necessary
  • Team support : solving practical problems, following up internal requests
  • Profile

  • You speak French and English (minimum professional level required)
  • You are versatile, practical and solution-oriented
  • You are recognised for your reliability and your sense of service
  • You have good interpersonal skills, like to help and are able to exercise discretion
  • You are punctual, organised and able to deal calmly with the unexpected
