Your mission

  • Strengthen customer relationships : Build and nurture partnerships, expanding existing relationships while acquiring new customers in the DIY segment.
  • Drive sales strategies : Craft and execute innovative strategies to boost market share across Benelux, the UK, and the Nordics.
  • Lead and develop distributors : Oversee and grow distributor networks in the UK and Nordics.
  • Analyze markets and competitors : Stay ahead of trends and competitors to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Plan assortments and develop products : Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into profitable product solutions.
  • Foster collaboration : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent execution.

Track record in DIY or gardening industry

  • You’ve got several years of experience in account management, ideally in the DIY or gardening industry.
  • You understand sales processes, product assortments, and the dynamics of the DIY retail market.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English. French proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • You excel at building long-term relationships, negotiating, and communicating effectively. Your customer focus and strategic mindset set you apart.
  • You love working strategically but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the operations.
  • You’re comfortable working from home while traveling regularly for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
