- User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools.
- Follow-up of incidents related to information systems.
- Follow-up of user requests.
- Analyse, report and follow-up of bugs.
- Writing user documentation for Information Systems.
- Contribute to current knowledge creation and maintenance.
