Role Overview

A well-established organisation in the financial sector is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a large-scale transformation programme. The role involves designing and governing IT architectures across multiple domains and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, future-proof solutions.

This is a hybrid contract role requiring regular on-site presence (minimum two days per week) in either Brussels or Antwerp.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and validate architectures in at least two areas : Business, Application, Technical, or Information Architecture
• Support project teams through architectural coaching and guidance
• Translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable solutions
• Develop architecture artefacts using UML, data modelling, and process modelling techniques
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and data migration projects
• Participate in risk and cost estimation, including the evaluation of alternative solutions
• Engage with stakeholders across IT and business to ensure alignment and solution ownership
