Growth marketer | SEO expert | AI enthusiast Location : Remote (EU / Europe time zones preferred) Team : Demand Generation Reports to : VP of Marketing & Strategy 🧩 The Role : Cheqroom is on the lookout for a data-driven, full-funnel Growth Marketer to help us scale our demand generation engine and own the customer lifecycle, from awareness to acquisition and expansion.

You’ll be the architect and the builder : developing bold growth strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.

This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with metrics but fueled by creativity.

You’ll experiment rapidly, optimize continuously, and hustle relentlessly to uncover new growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.

  • What You’ll Do Own the customer journey : Drive strategic growth initiatives across the full funnel (awareness → acquisition → activation → expansion).

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns : Launch and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense, and other digital acquisition channels.

Improve conversion rates : Lead CRO efforts by analyzing our conversion funnels, identifying friction points, and implementing tests to improve performance.

Run A / B and multivariate tests : Iterate ruthlessly—ad copy, landing pages, audience segmentation—to maximize ROI.

Turn data into decisions : Monitor key KPIs, report on performance, and optimize for CAC, pipeline contribution, and LTV.

Partner with RevOps & Sales : Ensure seamless lead flow, scoring, routing, and nurture via HubSpot and aligned GTM processes.

Bridge creativity and analytics : Collaborate on messaging, design, and content to craft compelling campaigns that convert.

Find the edge : Research trends, competitors, and tools to identify new growth levers and scale what works.

  • About You 3 -5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS or agency environment, with a proven track record of driving significant user or revenue growth.
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense) and HubSpot for reporting and tracking.

    Analytical mindset : You know your way around funnel metrics, attribution models, and testing frameworks.

    Creative spark : You understand what catches eyes and converts minds.

    You love experimenting with messaging and visuals.

    Strategic & scrappy : You think long-term but move fast.

    You're as comfortable building Notion pages as you are launching campaigns.

    Bias to action : You don’t wait for permission, you take initiative and own the outcomes.
