Are you ready to join us?

As a manpower planner you create and manage the day-to-day manpower schedules for all production employees in the department. You’re Responsible for a staff scheduling and planning and optimize resources in order to minimize costs, while maintaining the service levels, satisfying customers and employees and ensuring that the right number of resources is available at the right time and in the right place.

Your Main Responsibilities :

• Plan the maintenance staff so that the resources with correct skills and qualifications are available to perform all planned works
• Follow-up the recurrent training needs and liaise with the training department to find an adequate slot for the required training
• Deploying the rosters considering all applicable legal aspects, company requirements, Human Factors and well-being of the staff
• Managing leaves and absenteeism to keep the impact at the production to a minimum
• You will be in close contact with the production manager and planning department to support you and define the needs
• Due to the complex environment you’ll have to adapt the planning on short-term to cope with all operational changes
