Senior Key Account Manager – Future Opportunities (Home or Away-from-Home)

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you’ll take full ownership of one of our most strategic customer partnerships. You’ll drive long-term value through customer-centric planning, insight-led negotiations, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Whether you operate in Home (retail customers purchasing to consume at home) or Away-from-Home (channels where products are consumed on-site—such as horeca, nightlife, leisure, petrol, Music & Sports, etc.), your role will be critical to delivering sustainable growth and market leadership.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll act as a strategic partner to key customers—translating their needs into actionable plans that align with our broader commercial and category vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship with one or more of our most important customers
- Build and execute joint business plans aligned with customer goals and CCEP strategy
- Lead annual negotiations and commercial agreements to secure long-term, mutual growth
- Collaborate across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to deliver excellence in execution
- Use market data and performance insights to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and in-outlet visibility
- Serve as the customer’s main point of contact, ensuring best-in-class relationship management

5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or senior commercial roles in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or foodserviceA proven track record managing strategic customer partnerships and delivering long-term growthDeep understanding of the Home (retail) and / or Away-from-Home (horeca, petrol, wholesalers, leisure, etc.) channelsFluent in French or Dutch (native level), with professional proficiency in the other national languageProfessional level of English requiredStrong analytical, strategic, and communication skillsAgile, collaborative, and commercially driven mindsetWhy Join Our Talent Pipeline?
