We provide both permanent and interim contracts.We are currently recruiting an Operations and Logistics Assistant for one of our clients, a friendly family business, based in Brussels. Salary package : Monthly salary in line with experience. The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

• Coordinate the transportation of goods via various modes, including road, rail, barge, and container shipping.
• Handle negotiations with providers to obtain optimal transport rates.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales Department.
• Act as a liaison with clients, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Oversee order processing and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory records.
• Review shipping, customs, and insurance documentation for accuracy.
• Audit and validate supplier and logistics invoices.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Perform routine clerical duties and assist with documentation.
• Prepare and process sales and procurement invoices
