ServiceNow Developer – Contract Opportunity

Next Ventures is collaborating with a leading global consultancy to hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer for an exciting contract role. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a high-profile client project.

Contract Details

  • Duration : 6 to 12 months (with potential for extension)
  • Location : Hybrid. Brussels (1 day per week) Remote (4 days per week)
  • Start Date : ASAP

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on development experience, strong knowledge of ITSM practices, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Build and manage business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Glide scripting within ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
