As a Head of Global Sales in our Business Unit Industry, your mission will be
- Define the global commercial long term vision.
- Decline the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap.
- Develop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs.
- Own the commercial / selling process

You will be responsible for an international team of 9 colleagues (5 sales managers and the team "Contract administrator" of 4 colleagues), based in Asia, US and Europe.

You have
A strong industrial experience (at least 15 years of experience)A proven sales experience in high growth market (asset)A proven capability in defining strategies to pursue our growthAn experience in people management : you are able to help your team to growth (at least 5 years of experience)An international experienceA deep interest for technical and financial matters;Analytical skills; and you are able to identify and interact easily with customer’s high level makers andstakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills in English; French is an assetAnd you also are :
