Description du poste

• Superviser le suivi de la qualité et des réglages des lignes actives afin d’agir immédiatement en cas de déviation.
• Superviser ou assurer les réglages complets des machines jusqu’à l'obtention du niveau de qualité validé par le département qualité sur base des fiches de réglage et / ou des instructions fournies par la hiérarchie.
• Contrôler différents paramètres lors des mises en route et tout au long de la pause selon les instructions fournies sur le document de contrôle et / ou par la hiérarchie.
• Contrôler les flacons en bout de ligne, décider de la conformité du contrôle sur base des limites d’acceptation et décider de la suite des démarches.
• Assurer la logistique autour des lignes de production (matières premières, produits finis, emballages, etc.) afin de garantir un approvisionnement suffisant et d’éviter l’encombrement des zones de production.
• Superviser le personnel afin d’assurer le volume de production dans les délais, le respect des gammes et des programmes de fabrication. Et ce, en veillant à minimiser les rebuts, les temps d’arrêts et la consommation de consommables.
• Gérer l’affectation du personnel en cas de changement.
• Etre le relais de la hiérarchie pour la motivation du personnel en sécurité, qualité, hygiène et propreté dans l’atelier de fabrication.
• Participer à la maintenance préventive et curative des lignes et leur nettoyage planifié.
• Rédiger les différents rapports afin d’assurer la traçabilité.
