Safety : Enforce safety standards, manage risks, train teams, and lead audits.

Receiving : Supervise inbound goods and documentation for accuracy and traceability.

Warehousing : Optimize layout, stock rotation, and storage efficiency.

Shipping : Ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with production and sales.

Transport : Oversee logistics partners, reduce costs, and implement sustainable practices.

Leadership : Lead and motivate the team to drive engagement and performance.

Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and track KPIs.

Compliance : Ensure policy adherence and report any issues.

Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (minimum 3 years of higher education).

7+ years' experience in logistics management within a production environment.

Strong background in safety management and continuous improvement.

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing blue-collar teams.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in logistics systems, including TMS and ERP.

Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
