Senior Application Manager

The client is an international company active in the industry sector in Liège.

• Defining and managing the Global Application Portfolio including lifecycle management
• Defining plans with business partners application changes and aligning with the business to create added-value
• Leading the business application experience based on business process automation
• Being the expert for the global application software lifecycle management,
• Agree with business partners delivery strategies to ensure adoption,
• Define the governance regarding support, change, and security,
• Negotiate and manage support agreement (KPI),
• Proven experience (10 years) in IT Team Management with strong focus on application and ERP
• Proven experience in large project management
• You are able to motivate teams and create a culture of continuous improvement,
• You have a very good knowledge of SAP or a global ERP,
• You are able to drive change on a global level with a focus on digital transformation,
• You have good communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills,
• You are detail-oriented and have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in French and English, Dutch knowledge being an asset.

Salary : up to 100k / year
