Job description EMS (European Maintenance Support) is part of the ENGIE Group that executes specialized maintenance activities in di?erent thermal power plants in Belgium and Europe (mostly The Netherlands and France ). Inside the Electrical Engineering team, we are currently looking for an extra Electrical Engineer (M / F / X).

YOUR MISSION as an Electrical Engineer

• You get the chance to build up knowhow, develop and maintain long-term maintenance strategies in the field of maintenance on excitation systems and other electrical equipment such as static frequency converters, variable frequency drives, protection systems in thermal power plants.
• It is your goal to become an expert in the ?eld in order to support both ENGIE and non-ENGIE sites.
• In order to become an expert you will :
• ensure the day by day technical support of the di?erent electrical maintenance teams within EMS : 15 à 20% of your time.
• initiate and realize improvement and replacement projects on electrical equipment. play a key role in the preparation, execution and consolidation of overhauls on electrical equipment.
• conduct Root-Cause Analyses and define corrective and preventive actions in the case of incidents or non-conformities observed during outages.
• You constantly develop and consolidate your knowhow by driving internal return of experience processes and through participation to internal and external network events .
• You work as a team and in collaboration with di?erent internal and external stakeholders.
