Job description
As part of its operations, a technology company is looking for an IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide on-site IT support in both office and industrial environments.
Your responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, both on-site and remotely
- Assist, train, and advise end users
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and industrial equipment
- Manage user access through Active Directory
- Support the management of local network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, cabling)
- Document procedures and track interventions using an ITSM tool
- Collaborate with IT teams and operational stakeholders
- Contribute to technical projects, including the deployment of new machines or industrial systems

Key Technical Skills
Degree in IT or equivalent experienceExperience in technical support or infrastructureFluent in Dutch (mandatory); French is a plusStrong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Active DirectoryHardware maintenance and workstation deploymentBasic networking (VLANs, switches, cabling)Familiar with Linux and scripting (PowerShell / Bash)Proficient in Microsoft Office and ITSM toolsUnderstanding of IT security and ITIL best practicesSoft Skills
