Every company solves a problem. We leverage AI and data to surface prospects in pain and build GTM systems to target them w / the most relevant message.

Crumbs is a revenue partner for B2B companies that specializes in building, testing, and scaling hyper-relevant outbound systems. Using triggers, buyer intelligence and pain signals, we create personalized outreach campaigns that consistently fill pipelines. Our GTM and Growth experts handle market research, customer profiling, messaging development, and campaign optimization to make outbound a profitable GTM channel.

We work with crème de la crème tech companies like Donna, IntelliProve, and ML6 but also traditional companies like Aqualex that rely on Crumbs to upgrade and roll out their GTM-strategy.

Proven Experience : You’ve delivered similar projects before and can prove it (case studies or examples are highly encouraged).

Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with Clay, Lemlist, Smartlead / Instantly, HubSpot, Apollo and related tools.

Copywriting Skills : You know how to write copy that converts and can show us your track record with real-world results.

Deliverability Knowledge : You understand the importance of a robust email infrastructure.

Ownership & Autonomy : You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and act like the owner of a project.

Collaborative & Trainable : While you’re autonomous, you’re also open to learning and growing with us.

You natively speak Dutch

Day in the life of our Growth Strategists

Start your morning by looking at the triggered outreach workflow you set up in Clay.com, then tweaking our outbound campaigns and maybe sync some new leads from a webinar into Lemlist. Next, you check our progress on mapping out the new 100K target audience for a tech company. Lunch? Perfect time to brainstorm a cool LinkedIn automation or figure out a Make.com integration to streamline our processes. In the afternoon, you’ll be building slick outreach campaigns in Clay or n8n and figuring out a new workflow that qualifies all the inbound leads for another client.

Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate w / a colleague to automate more of our campaigns, setting you up to take the lead as we scale. It’s a mix of hands-on tech, creative problem-solving, and teamwork – all in a relaxed, fun environment.
