Job Summary
As a Process Improvement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming one of our most critical regulatory processes. Over 18 months, you’ll rotate across departments, gaining hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, ICT, and Project Management. Your mission? Design and implement a smart, automated solution that streamlines our SAP listings process—directly contributing to business performance and customer satisfaction
Only students graduating in 2025 or graduated in 2024 with less than one year work experience will be considered
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the current manual SAP listings process within RA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, ICT, PMO) to gather requirements
- Design and develop a low-code automation solution using Mendix integrated with SAP / S4HANA
- Lead testing, validation, and rollout of the tool across departments
- Present progress and results to senior stakeholders
- Actively contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
