Role Overview : c Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (7–14 years experience)
You’ll act as a bridge between business and IT , helping to shape and deliver effective solutions related to Retail Banking and Client Management , particularly with attention to regulatory requirements .
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes to understand current and future needs
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders in a way that's clear for both business and IT teams
- Define acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure solutions meet expectations
- Design and document business process flows (AS-IS and TO-BE)
- Communicate with stakeholders to explain changes and the future state
- Support IT testing efforts and track development progress to ensure quality delivery
Core Competencies Required :
Retail Banking knowledge – understanding of banking products, services, and processesClient Management knowledge – especially within the regulatory context (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR)Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsGood stakeholder communication skills and ability to handle complex environments.
