We are currently looking for a Bid Manager for our PrimeServ Industries team at Everllence . The position is based in Antwerp. As a full-time Bid Manager PrimeServ, you will play a crucial role in the concept and completeness of our quotations, supporting the sale of technically sophisticated and complex products and services across a comprehensive sales area.
Your role :
- Create and organize quotations, find technical and commercial solutions to meet customer expectations and achieve MAN PrimeServ Industries' business targets.
- Develop technical concepts, clarify the project's scope and content, and address detailed questions with relevant specialist departments.
- Prepare preliminary costing and participate in price negotiations within established guidelines.
- Engage in contract negotiations and signing (in line with sales guidelines and regulations).
- Coordinate regional bids between customers / agents and Product Centers.
- Manage bids for regional projects, maintaining important customer and supplier contacts.
- Conduct inquiries in accordance with MAN PrimeServ Industries procurement guidelines and prepare comprehensive bid comparisons for procurement decisions.
- Assist Sales in building strong customer relationships and follow up on the bidding process until contract conclusion.
- Conduct further contractual negotiations to clarify or adjust technical and commercial details with support from specialist departments and superiors when necessary.
- Maintain product, market, and customer application knowledge by developing customer contacts during the bid processes.
- Create the final version of the order set and transfer the project to the project manager and his team.
- Comply with all internal rules, local legal obligations, and qualification rules.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, Teams, SAP, and CRM effectively.
