Verantwoordelijkheden

The Project Manager is responsible for :

Managing the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure

Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed budget, timeline, and scope

Coordinating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays

Leading project meetings and delivering clear, structured reporting to management

Ensuring adherence to all technical, safety, and quality standards throughout the project

Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of technical plans

Acting as the key link between technical staff and on-site field teams

Applying a strong background in electrical infrastructure, particularly substations and high-voltage installations, to guide project execution effectively

Vereisten

4 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electricity-related infrastructure

Strong knowledge of substations, high-voltage cabins, and general electrical systems

Solid understanding of engineering principles (hands-on engineering not required)

Proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluent in French is a plus and good command of Dutch is highly preferred for on-site communication

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
