Sales Representative - Luxury Fashion Brand- Antwerp H / F

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Sales representative H / F Flemish and English Speaker for a Luxury Fashion brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS SALES REPRESENTATIVE :

• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
• To develop enduring relationships with local and international clients;
• To maximize sales for the Boutique;
• To handle returns of merchandise;
• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
• To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
• To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

The ideal candidate must be fluent Flemish and English (written & spoken); Basics in French are requiered. Previous experience in retail is required; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
