Senior Data AI Engineer

ACENSI is looking for a Senior Data AI Engineer for one of their clients based in Brussels :

o Maintain price stability in the Eurosystem

o Oversee the Belgian financial system

o Ensure the security of banknotes and the efficiency of payment systems

o Provide economic and financial data and analyses

Key Responsibilities

o Extend and maintain our client's Data Platform (Databricks) in Azure based on current needs and evolving requirements.

o Lead and oversee the deployment of AI Azure services including AI Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI service and Document Intelligence, and serve as its technical owner.

o Set up governance and ensure Data Security and Compliance across Azure Services in the Data Platform

o Design and implement data ingestion pipelines for AI initiatives.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on AI projects.

o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues as necessary

o Offer expert advice on architectural discussions, AI model selection, and other technical decisions.

o Develop and maintain documentation for data and AI infrastructure processes.

Qualifications

o Proven experience as a Data / AI Engineer

o Expert in Databricks with at least 3 years of practical experience

o Experience with Azure AI Services

o Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Possibility to work remotely (up to 50%)
