Significant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of Belgian construction laws and relevant EU regulations. Proven experience in managing EPCM contractors to ensure compliance and project success. Excellent communication skills in English Dutch and / or French will be considered a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team. Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead the overall quality strategy for the Project Delivery Team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to support all project phases.
- Closely monitor the EPCM contractor’s adherence to quality processes and standards.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance, and manage project documentation across various project stages.
- Actively collaborate with local regulatory authorities to meet all quality and safety requirements.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Quality Assurance (QA) team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
