Excellent communication skills in French (native is preferred but not mandatory), and English (full professional proficiency)

- Develop and implement standardised project management processes and methodologies across the organisation.
- Utilise advanced project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead the continuous improvement of project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and mentorship for project management professionals within the organisation.
- Apply expertise in biopharmaceutical processes to drive project success and innovation
- Deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) and automate dashboards for performance monitoring.
