Your job :

As the Head of Product Management for Securities Lending and Borrowing at Euroclear Bank, you will lead the team responsible for managing our suite of securities lending services : our settlement driven auto borrow program SLB and our strategic driven GCA (Global Collateral Access) program.

Your part of the deal

• Ensure our services remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with company objectives.
• Explore new revenue opportunities and manage, re-engineer, and transform services to achieve these goals.
• Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set pricing models, direct advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
• Qualify and quantify the Business Case for new initiatives, track value creation, and monitor and report the product P&L.
• Actively engage with a variety of external stakeholders, including clients, market infrastructures, industry associations, service providers, and regulators.
