Job Description
The Commercial Director will be responsible for defining and transforming the strategic & operational long- and short terms plans of the Belgium operations. Furthermore :
- Setting Goals : Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff to meet the set goals.
- Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring : Creating and implementing strategies for business growth, tracking and assessing the performance of teams and individual employees.
- Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure financial health.
- Operations Management : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including production, logistics and customer service.
- Staff Management : Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
- Policy Implementation : Enforcing business policies, procedures and processes.
- Conflict Resolution : Resolving internal and external conflicts through mediation.
- Stakeholder Relations : Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners.
- Experience and management of new product launches : sales & marketing / e-commerce etc.
