For one of our customers, located in East Flanders and known for their strong reputation in the FMCG sector, we are currently looking for an International Sales Director. As International Sales Director, you help shape the company's growth strategy and the international commercial policy. You develop and implement the global sales strategy in line with overall business objectives. You are responsible for driving the efficiency of the different global and local sales teams through sales excellence and sales operations (finetuning sales processes, CRM, power BI, …) You lead a team of 100+ passionate sales, channel and sales operations enthusiasts. You identify growth opportunities in both existing and new markets, with a strong focus on sustainable relationships and profitable expansion. You build and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts and global partners.
