Position : Change Manager
Responsabilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the change management process for multiple projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential impacts of change on people, processes, and technology.
- Develop change management strategies and plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement and adoption.
- Create and deliver change management training and communication to ensure understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a mentor and coach guiding stakeholders through the change process.
Skills and Qualifications :
Master’s degree5 to 7 years of a proven experience in Change ManagementStrong leadership skillsAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholderEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksThorough knowledge of French and English (Dutch is an asset)What we offer :
