Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents (e.g., network switches, servers, Azure, Windows Server).
Provide technical support for internal applications and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and verify data backups are completed and secure.
Implement and enhance cybersecurity measures in line with best practices.
Plan and execute software updates and hardware renewals for international operations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and align IT systems with evolving business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer / Network Engineer
In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, virtual machines, networking).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and backup solutions like Veeam.
Advanced understanding of networking concepts, routing, switching).
Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and general IT security practices.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management standards.
Competency in scripting languages for automation and maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
