We are looking for a Bioremediation Leader to drive the development and growth of the Bioremediation Business Unit.

In this role, the successful candidate will spearhead the scale-up of their cutting-edge integrated bioremediation solution, which combines advanced digital soil microbiology genomic modelling with bespoke fungal-based remediation technologies.

You will promote these solutions to clients and lead the expansion of bioremediation to address complex contaminants (TPH, HAP, PFAS, etc.).

Your Responsibilities :

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation while guiding their professional development.
• Lead the commercial and technical development and scale-up of the bioremediation the commercialisation and proper implementation of bioremediation solutions with a customer-centric , conduct, and supervise field demonstrator remediation projects.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and follow up on the execution of research and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with the strain & fermentation department to set up coordinated mycoremediation projects (both in R&D and commercial scopes).
• Collaborate with the genomics and modelisation department to integrate ML-driven soil bioremediation models.
