Are you passionate about the European electricity market and the energy transition? Do you have a strong background in ICT networks and want to work in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Brussels.

About the Role

As part of the ICT section, you’ll report directly to the Communication Networks (CN) Manager and collaborate with ICT experts, application owners, project managers, and business contacts from across Europe. Your role will involve ensuring seamless service delivery, coordinating network-related projects, and translating technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for various stakeholders.

This is not a hands-on technical role but is ideal for someone with a solid technical background who wants to focus on project coordination, service delivery, and stakeholder management.

The position offers a hybrid work model , with occasional travel (1–2 days per month) for meetings or workshops.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
Work closely with internal and external network engineers to meet project requirements, timelines, and business expectations.
Support the onboarding of new network services, from requirements gathering to activation and handover to operations.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide structured summaries for analysis.
Represent the Communication Networks team in regular meetings, providing updates on ongoing activities.
Contribute to network-related planning, reporting, and strategy discussions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and technical reports.

Your Profile

Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience in ICT networks / infrastructure or working closely with telecom service providers.

Cisco certification is a plus.

Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (incident management, change management, etc.).

Experience collaborating with local and remote teams.

Strong communication skills in English , with the ability to work with large stakeholder groups, negotiate, and build trust.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment .

Experience working with large European electricity stakeholders is a plus.
