Key responsibilities :
Rollout a new Sales Management System across the markets
Drive standardization and optimization of our sales processes and routines
Own and manage the sales self-assessment process within the management system
Conduct in-field audits to validate the accuracy and completeness of the self-assessments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Intelligence, Customer Experience and other departments
Drive change, supporting teams through the transition with training, clear communication, and hands-on support
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying gaps and opportunities
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support capability building and adoption of best practices
Benchmark internal and external best practices on management systems that could be implemented into our Sales Management System
Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations
You will be working from our Leuven HQ and partly in our Breda office in The Netherlands
Who We’re Looking For :
A bilingual communicator fluent in English and Dutch , with French as a nice bonus.
An operational thinker who naturally sees structure and loves optimizing processes.

A collaborative team player who navigates cross-functional environments with ease.
An analytical mind who translates data into actionable insights.
A detail-oriented auditor at heart, with previous control or audit experience being a plus.
Someone with a solid understanding of the HoReCa or retail industry , or eager to learn fast.
