As a Windows Solution Specialist, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and securing new and existing Windows solutions within our ICT environment.

What you will do

As a Windows Solution Specialist, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and securing new and existing Windows solutions within our ICT environment. You play a key role in improving operational processes and ensuring a secure and stable infrastructure. Additionally, you work closely with supporting partners, and the IT security team to ensure all solutions meet the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Architecture : Design new solutions and enhance existing Windows infrastructures.Provide technical expertise and support for architectural decisions, collaborating with enterprise architects and other teams.Document and standardize designs to simplify future implementations.
• Implementation and Management : Lead the implementation of new systems and upgrades in the Windows environment.Optimize the performance, availability, security and reliability of Windows systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Security : Implement 'security by design' in all solutions.Work closely with the IT security team to identify and address security risks.Assist in handling security incidents and conduct proactive security reviews.
• Budget : Take ownership of the budget within the domain, ensuring cost-effective decisions while aligning investments with business priorities and technological advancements.
• Operational Support : Resolve complex incidents and technical challenges within the Windows environment. (3rd line)Ensure timely and effective problem-solving during operational disruptions.Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues to continuously improve the team.
