As a First Line Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for resolving operational, technical, process, and hardware issues with the advanced machines and processes in cleanrooms.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting, maintenance, and follow-up of issues with processes and machines.
Identifying and solving hardware or process-related problems and performing initial troubleshooting.
Collaborating with engineers to analyze and resolve recurring issues and find sustainable solutions.
Developing and optimizing the OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) and ‘first-aid’ procedures for hardware or process problems.
Capturing recurring issues and finding structural solutions, or escalating complex issues with clear descriptions to engineers.
Proposing improvements to enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of the devices you operate.
Organizing training for your fellow operators and testing their qualifications.
Vereisten
You hold a Professional Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as chemistry or electromechanics, or have equivalent technical experience.
Ideally, you have initial experience in a technical position, but newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply!
You are an excellent planner and thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
You have a strong drive to work in a motivated and multicultural team.
A good command of English is essential
You are willing to work in a fully continuous system (4-shift regime).
