Robert Half is currently recruiting a Modern Workplace Engineer (m / f / x) to join an innovative company located in Ghent.

The scope of responsibilities for this job include :

Design, implement, and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune;
Enhance endpoint security and ensure compliance with tailored security tools;
Provide 2nd / 3rd line technical support to resolve user-related workplace issues;
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system integration;
Oversee third-party providers for system implementation and ongoing support;
Perform system updates and maintenance to optimize performance and security;
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures consistently;
Stay current with modern workplace trends and emerging technologies.

The requested qualifications for this job include :

You hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;

You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

You have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and similar cloud-based solutions;

You possess a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and security;

You have excellent problem-solving skills and can work independently;

You communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and have great interpersonal skills;

You are comfortable in an international environment and can communicate effectively in English, Dutch, and French;
